Delivery zones and time slots
Your fees and the areas you reach, same-day before a cut-off, delivery windows, and pickup points. Each tab shows how it reads at checkout.

01Delivery fees
On the Delivery tab, with Offer delivery on, set:
- a Flat fee, and Free delivery from an order value;
- a Minimum order, and how many days it is Usually delivered in.
They start at GH₵25.00, free from GH₵300.00, a GH₵40.00 minimum and 2 days. Change them to yours.
02Zones
Under Zones, list the areas you deliver to and the fee for each, and choose Add zone for more. For wholesale and bulk orders, switch on Van delivery.
03Same day
Offer same-day delivery, with the time orders must come in by (Order by, in 24-hour time, such as 14:00) and a Same-day fee.
04Time slots
On the Time slots tab, switch on the delivery windows you offer:
- 9am to 12pm, plus GH₵5.00
- 12pm to 3pm
- 3pm to 6pm
- 6pm to 9pm, plus GH₵10.00
A window with an extra charge adds it when a customer picks it.
05Pickup
On the Pickup tab, switch on Offer pickup and choose where customers Collect from. Set a Minimum order, and how long to Hold an order for (3 days to start); after that, a reminder goes out and you decide.
Customers get a text message with a code, and show it when they collect.
