What do I get in the 14 days?
Every feature, switched on. When the trial ends you pick a plan, and your products, orders and customers stay exactly where they are.
When does the money reach me?
Payments go to your own Hubtel account, not to us. An order reaches you once it is paid.
What happens to the fee on a refund?
A refund goes back to the same wallet or card the customer paid with.
What counts as a storefront?
One online store, with its own address and theme. With more than one you can run, say, a retail store and a trade store from the same dashboard.
Who can I talk to about plans?
A person, from 7am to 10pm Accra time, every day.
