Ask, in your dashboard
Questions in plain words, answered from your own records, and changes drafted for you to approve.
01Open it
Choose Ask in the bar at the top, or press Ctrl J (⌘ J on a Mac). Escape closes it.
02What to ask
Start with “What's waiting right now?” or “Are we up or down this week?”. Ask also answers:
- which orders are late, and how to refund one;
- which coupons are running, and what sells best;
- what is low on stock, and why things come back;
- your customers, sales today or this week, and quiet days;
- where a page lives in the dashboard.
03It shows its work
Each answer lists what it checked and the figures it used. Show me takes you to the page where the full picture lives.
04Drafts you approve
Ask can draft a coupon (try “Make a 10% coupon for the weekend”) or take a product off the store. Choose Approve or Discard: nothing changes until you approve.
